The Economic Development Department is sharing two exciting programs aimed at supporting Austin’s creative professionals and community.

The Nexus Grant supports local small organizations, individual artists, and small arts businesses. The program offers $5,000 grants to new and emerging applicants who are passionate about creating innovative public projects. Grant funds may be used to cover a variety of expenses, including administrative costs, equipment and space rentals, marketing, and other eligible expenditures. Applications for the Nexus Grant are open until August 15 at 5 p.m.
