The Austin History Center announces In/Visible A, an exhibit celebrating the 20th anniversary of the AAAFF! This vibrant showcase reveals AAAFF’s evolution from a small film-centric event to a major cultural arts organization.
We invite you to an evening of inspiration and unity at the 2024 Austin AAPI Professional Summit! This groundbreaking is the first of its kind through the official collaboration between 12+ AAPI employee resource groups in Austin, the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC), and the Asian American Resource Center (AARC). Food and refreshments will be provided.

Filmmakers Collaborative SF and Re-Present Media are presenting a three-workshop webinar series dedicated to helping emerging and mid-career filmmakers develop strategies for the producing and business side of independent films to ensure they are effectively moving their project forward.
The Nexus Grant supports local small organizations, individual artists, and small arts businesses. The program offers $5,000 grants to new and emerging applicants who are passionate about creating innovative public projects.
Now Accepting Applications: 2024 AFS Grant for Feature Films
The AFS Grant for Feature Films is once again open for filmmakers throughout Texas! This cycle of the AFS Grant funds feature-length narrative and documentary films and includes the North Texas Pioneer Film Award (for filmmakers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area) and the New Texas Voices Award (for first-time features by a filmmaker of color in Texas) as well as in-kind awards from both MPS Camera and Lighting Austin and Stuck On On.
